Converge exists to inspire, equip, and mobilize South Carolina college students to live fully surrendered lives for the glory of God and for the advance of the Gospel among the nations.

We bring together college students from across the state for worship, biblical teaching, evangelism training, and meaningful connection so you can grow as disciples and engage your campus, your community, your state, and the nations.

Made possible through the faithful investment of South Carolina Baptists through the Cooperative Program, CONVERGE is equipping a generation of college students to follow Jesus boldly, serve faithfully, and make disciples wherever God leads. Together, we are investing in students whose influence will extend into churches, campuses, communities, and the nations for years to come.

Chad Stillwell

Share Team Leader

As Share Team Leader and Collegiate Ministries Director, Chad leads evangelism and collegiate ministry efforts that equip churches and students to share the Gospel, make disciples, and advance our vision of seeing every life saturated and transformed by the hope of Christ.

Michelle Ard

Collegiate Ministries Strategist

Michelle helps develop missional strategies and pathways for campuses, connects churches with nearby colleges and universities through events and initiatives, and mobilizes student leaders and missionaries for global Kingdom impact.

Rachel Green

Collegiate Ministries Assistant

Rachel serves alongside Baptist Collegiate Ministry staff and volunteer directors as they serve on 37 campuses around the state to make the Gospel known.
